2. When a refund is available
If you're not satisfied with the quality or availability of our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of ordering — no justification required.
3. When a refund is excluded
After the 7-day period, refunds are only granted in exceptional cases. If you breach the terms of use (e.g. share credentials), the refund right is forfeited.
4. How to request a refund

5. Processing time
