Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Schweiz IPTV and the end customer. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Subject of the contract
Schweiz IPTV provides its customers, via the internet, with access to live TV streams and a video-on-demand catalogue. Access is granted via an individual M3U URL or equivalent credentials, delivered by email after payment is received.
2. Contract formation & delivery
The contract is concluded upon successful payment of the selected plan. Access credentials are typically delivered within 30 minutes by email. In exceptional cases (weekends, late evenings), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
3. Term & renewal
Monthly subscriptions run for the selected term (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and end automatically without cancellation. No auto-renewal occurs. Lifetime plans run indefinitely, as long as the service exists.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT-inclusive where applicable. Payments are made via the methods offered at checkout (credit card, Twint, SEPA, crypto).
5. Use
Access is personal and limited to the number of devices specified in the plan. Sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted and results in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. 100% availability cannot be guaranteed. For outages of more than 24 hours, we extend your subscription free of charge by the lost time.
7. Refund

8. Liability
In cases of slight negligence, Schweiz IPTV is liable only for damages directly arising from use of the service, up to the amount of the contract price paid.
9. Governing law
The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
